Resumen

This work, fruit of the uninterrupted work of Professor Ricardo Posada Maya at the Universidad de los Andes, pursues, in two volumes, the following objectives: 1) to study and analyze the criminal types of the eight chapters of Title I of Book Two of the Colombian Criminal Code; 2) to raise dogmatic discussions with the most consulted authors in our environment; and 3) to propose a source of research and technical consultation, very simple, concise and documented (T. I. p. 19).
