Abstract

With Order 057 of April 29, 2020, the Absence of Acknowledgment of Truth and Responsibility of Facts and Conduct Section, of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, decided to examine the processing of collective precautionary measures to protect the fundamental rights of the group of people who can appear before this tribunal. The decision admits the existence of a structural and systemic phenomenon related to the threats and deaths of those appearing before the Special Jurisdiction for Peace. This document seeks to analyze the most important aspects raised by this decision.
