Abstract
The legislative initiatives that propose to include the criminal liability of legal persons in the criminal legal system are due to the need to comply with the requirements of specific international organizations. Such an option has provoked various concerns among academics from the vital point of view, above all, from the act’ s principles and guilt. This work draws attention to other questions, but of a procedural nature, especially about the right of defense, since it cannot be forgotten that the structure, principles, and current procedural institutions are designed to investigate and prosecute natural persons
