Abstract
As the author well recognizes in the Introduction to his book, this compendium of eight articles on various aspects of the topic of the criminalization of economic crime in Colombia, and subsidiarily in Argentina and Spain, arises from “a permanent concern of the author in relation to with the nature and consequences of the adoption of lege data of a system of crimes against the social economic order.” Thus, in order to contribute to national and international doctrine, Professor Prías Bernal, who has taught the Special Criminal Law Chair at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana for more than thirty years, publishes this book that offers the result of several decades dedicated to the study of the expansive phenomenon of crimes against collective legal rights.
