Abstract
In national legislations and in public international law there are different figures by virtue of which those who carry out certain conducts in the exercise of official positions -even private acts as in the case of diplomats- enjoy immunity1 and even special privileges2 , thus derogating from the general principle according to which all citizens must be tried under equal conditions and without making any exceptions.
