Abstract
Proposing a reform of the military jurisdiction and consequently of the Military Criminal Justice in Colombia, suggests warning that any modification attempted in this matter must be coherent with the reality of our nation, that is, we must think and reflect about the country in which we live, recognize the Colombian context and the situation we have faced for decades in terms of public order; likewise, analyze the level of the internal conflict - prolonged and intense - as well as consider the type of threat that the Public Force has really had to face and challenges. This suggests verifying the potential, capacity of structure, organization and damage of the illegal groups.
