Abstract

The publication of this text had the strong support of the German Cooperation Agency GTZ, the Attorney General's Office, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Georg August University of Göttingen and the Temis Publishing House, which brought together several experts from different countries around a major issue in the current dogmatic discussion: the imputation of crimes of subordinates to leaders.
