Abstract

One of the topics to which this issue of the Journal pays attention is the one that was discussed on October 5, 6 and 7, 2010, when the Sergio Arboleda University and the Max Planck Institute for Foreign International Br. (Germany), organized the International Conference: "Crime strategists and their instruments: The perpetrator behind the perpetrator in Latin American Criminal Law", which was co-financed by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, the German Academic Cooperation Service DAAD and the Peace Process Support Project -ProFis-, in addition to the support of the Bicentennial Corporation, the German Embassy, the Superior Council of the Judiciary, the Attorney General's Office and the Research Group in Criminal and Criminological Sciences "Emiro Sandoval Huertas".
