Abstract

This publication gathers the papers presented by the professors invited to the Fourth Congress of Criminal Law Students, held in October 2009 by the Department of Criminal Law of the Universidad Sergio Arboleda and its Research Group in Criminal and Criminological Sciences "Emiro Sandoval Huertas", dedicated this time to the "Evaluation and challenges of the Accusatory Criminal Procedure System: A debate on its weaknesses and perspectives". The theme, by the way, was very appropriate considering that it was five years since the entry into force in Colombia of an accusatory criminal system and framed - in turn - by the commemoration of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the founding of the Sergio Arboleda University and its School of Law.
