Abstract
For the author, the notion of human conduct can be seen as a supra-concept that covers all the bodily transformations of a human being in space and time and includes, alongside active movements, also passivity; for him, action is an interpretative construct dependent on a description. On this basis, after a critique of the traditional formulations in this area, he tries out his own elaboration in the field of criminal law thanks to a two-level model of imputation.
