Abstract

The academic career of Prof. Dr. Emiliano Borja Jiménez, who is currently Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Valencia, Estudi General, has been inextricably linked to his alma mater. There he obtained his degree in Law, then his Doctorate in Law and it is in its classrooms where he has developed most of his fruitful university work.
