The text deals with the punishable conduct that, in Swiss law, is known as violation of construction rules (Article 229). With this in mind, it examines comparative law and focuses on the main characteristics of this figure, with special consideration of the legal good; it also examines the intentional and negligent modalities of the typical description and the legal-penal consequences that can be imposed. All this within the scope of corporate liability.
