Abstract
The text that the reader has before him is, as its reading indicates and its title states, a brief and summary exposition of the most substantial aspects of a subject, that is, a true compendium, dedicated to the General Part of Criminal Law because with very few words those who have written it say a lot about the different subjects they deal with; a didactic, simple and very deep work, as highlighted by the prologue of its first edition -Professor Tomás S. Vives Antón-, with which the two professors of the University of Valencia and belonging to the 'school' of the latter academic, want to continue with the proposal marked by that school of thought over the last decades.
