Abstract
Whoever holds military command, in this case a brigadier general of the Republic who had functions as commander of a military brigade that had knowledge of a paramilitary incursion in the making, which culminated in a horrendous massacre, and did nothing to prevent the bloody events, is the author by omission of all the crimes committed because it is considered that for these purposes he has the position of guarantor.
