Abstract

This new edition of this Manual, now in its fifth version, is the most consulted work by law students in Colombia and by any scholar who wants to enter into the academic discussion of the General Part of our criminal law. It is, therefore, a text whose importance and validity no one can ignore because it has crossed borders and has earned the respect and recognition of foreign doctrine in a well-deserved manner.
