Abstract
A long-standing desire is now beginning to become a reality. With the hope of offering every four months to the university community a notebook like the one readers have in front of them, the Criminal Law Department starts this series, with which it aspires not only to report the progress of the research activity of its members, through the GROUP IN CRIMINOLOGICAL AND CRIMINAL SCIENCES "EMIRO SANDOVAL HUERTAS" and its seedbeds, but also the advances and setbacks of national jurisprudence in the criminal field. That is the reason for the publication to contain, in principle, two sections: one, destined to the doctrine; and, another, to the most novel jurisprudence that, it is expected, will pass through the magnifying glass of our specialists to be debated and discussed. It is intended, in the future, to open the space for a bibliography section in which texts of interest will be reviewed or revised.
