It is because of your kindness, Mr. Rector, and the kindness of my dear friend, Professor Fernando Velásquez, that I am present today in this thriving university center, which today can boast of being one of the most prestigious in the country, training not only lawyers but jurists, capable of facing the present, In the now more than ever complex world of law, which of course, implies leaving the world of the technologist in law to move towards the historical, philosophical, sociological, economic, and of course, political understanding, and finally, the understanding of all those phenomena and knowledge that enable us to try to achieve a just world.
