Abstract

"Please, cease fire immediately. Disclose it to public opinion, immediately, it is urgent, it is life or death, if you hear me? We are with several magistrates, a good number of magistrates and subordinate personnel, but it is indispensable that the fire cease immediately. Let the public opinion know that, so that the president may give the order... That the President of the Republic finally gives the order to cease fire".
