Abstract
A recent reform to the Spanish Criminal Code of 1995, in this case the one produced by the issuance of Organic Law 5 of 2010, introduces notable transformations in the criminal law of that country, ranging from the creation of various criminal rules that create or modify the punishable figures and the corresponding penalties, to the one that implants -without legal tools of a procedural nature to proceed- the criminal liability of legal persons -which leads the author of the text to state, in a categorical manner, that the legal consequences foreseen for these entities are true security measures-, producing changes not only in the General Part but also in the Special Part.
