Abstract
We are pleased to provide our readers with this issue of the magazine, with its usual four sections of doctrine, jurisprudence, reviews and reviews and interview.
The section devoted to doctrine devotes three of its five articles to certain forms of crime, in a certain way 'novel' -animal abuse, misleading advertising or plagiarism- and that is the reason why this volume bears the name of 'New forms of criminality'. In addition to the aforementioned works, there are a couple of others on other topics of equal interest - intelligence activities or the accusatory principle - both academic and practical.
