Abstract

The work object of the present review, collects the memories of a great event held in Honduras (in December 2013) and is divided into three parts: the first one is dedicated to the investiture ceremony as Doctor honoris causa of Prof. Dr. Dr. Juan-Luis Gómez Colomer; the second one contains the text of the papers presented by different experts in the framework of the 'I International Legal Congress on Evidence and Criminal Procedure', held in honor of the aforementioned professor.
