Plural proposals for a transition in Cuba

Abstract

For a peaceful, inclusive, and orderly transition to take place in Cuba, led by Cubans, it is necessary to think about the future based on an analysis of the reality of the nation as a whole, taking into account its strengths and threats, as well as its weaknesses and opportunities. Foreseeing the future is an exercise of strategic prospective reflection that allows us to build the future and seek the directionality towards which the nation wishes to direct its transformations.
