Leandro Querido holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master in Electoral Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain, is a specialist in Electoral Observation in Latin America, Founder of Transparencia Electoral, author of the book "Así se vota en cuba" and co-author of "Así se vota en Venezuela" among other books, was a professor at the University of Buenos Aires, and is currently a professor at the Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago de Chile.
