The one who distributes and distributes

Abstract

In previous works we have dealt with the issue of the differentiated allocation of food for political and social control purposes. This practice is really old within the totalitarian scheme of the Cuban government, but it has acquired different connotations throughout the stages the regime has gone through; stages in which the shortage of high demand products has been a chronic problem inherent to the debacle of the country's productive system.
