A creative resistance

Abstract

Art and music are basic forms of expression, transmission, dissemination of a culture or belief, Cuba is no exception as it has a great history and richness in this area dating back to the years 1803; but for the people who reside there today, these activities have become a form of silent resistance that has transcended generations and is subject to intense government surveillance, especially in the context of festivities and public events.
