The need for a cinema of memory in Central America.

Abstract

As a starting point, I would like to take the phrase of the committed filmmaker Patricio Guzmán: "A country without documentary cinema is like a family without a photographic album", so we can ask ourselves about the cinema of a particular country, of the albums of the families it houses in its territories, of the documents of memory that account for part of the history of that country.
