Abstract
Facing the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in the health, economy, civil society, culture, and political sectors strategies and public policies are proposed to confront the development of the pandemic and its consequences in a post-pandemic stage. After analyzing the development of COVID-19 in Cuba; we made proposals for the health sector, the economic sector, the impact of the pandemic on the change of era in Cuba; and on the importance of thinking laboratories and the creation of communities of think tanks in anticipating and seeking solutions through systematic collaboration.
