The management of communication in political organizations in Cuba

Abstract

Political communication has recently become an important area of study. In Cuba, in the current contexts and the increasingly sophisticated and aggressive symbolic war that is promulgated against the political project, have put an end to understanding communication as a complex scenario. Hence the problem of how to contribute to the management of political communication in the political organizations. Having as a general objective of diagnose the state of the management of political communication in the Provincial Committee of the PCC in Villa Clara. In the diagnosis it was possible to verify as main results the lack of management that legitimizes the communicative activity of the organization, the proliferation of fragmented and contingent actions and the inexistences of methodological tools to implement political communication strategy.
