This Journal gives open acces, to provide the public free access to research, helping a greater global exchange of knowledge.

This journal provides open access to its content, based on the principle that providing the public with free access to research helps a greater global exchange of knowledge. Our policy complies with the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) definition of open access. RFC articles have no embargo period, and users do not require registration to access, download, and read the publications. The RFC is a digital publication with no printed version.

Once published, the printing and reproduction rights belong to the Sergio Arboleda University. It is optional for the publishing institution to allow the reproduction of the article.
