Intellectuals and imaginaries of the left in Latin America during the 21st century: Critical Perspectives (Jan - Jun 2022)

In this issue we present a series of articles, essays, and interviews that seek to address the intellectual development of the left in Latin America in the new millennium. The issue includes reflections on various topics that are relevant to the analysis of the Latin American left, such as infrapolitics, populism, progressivism, anti-imperialist discourse, weak exceptionalism, and propaganda. Likewise, the number emphasizes relevant cases for the analysis of the left in the region, such as the cases of Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Argentina, Bolivia, and Mexico.
