Abstract
In the development of consumer relations, it is possible to derive damages originating from the use of bines. Event in which the responsibility takes on a preponderant role in the compensation of damages and in the stability of the market system. Therefore, it is necessary to plan, also, the traditional theories of responsibility based on guilt and risk, another theory that addresses the damages produced by defective products, from an edge that allows to reconcile the user’s repair and prevention of damages, preventing one of the parties from bearing the cost of damages
