Abstract

Pedagogical models play an important role in teaching and learning processes; critical pedagogy offers a series of guidelines that respond to the construction of better ways in the educational models, therefore, it is sought from the characteristics of critical pedagogy to identify its usefulness in strengthening problem teaching, specifically in the field of Law, with the aim of proposing a strengthened pedagogical model and generating processes of concept construction from the personal experience and the way of understanding the reality to apply the knowledge, that is to say, adapting the teaching and learning of the Law to scenario in which theory, research and practice are effectively combined.
