View of the public policies of public safety in Cartagena

Abstract

The present work corresponds to the need to demonstrate how our city is in public policy issues of citizen security and the importance of implementing an effective and integral implementation by the governments of these, in order to improve the quality. For this we have decided to carry out an Analysis of the public policies of citizen security that have been carried out in the city of Cartagena on the basis of the development plans of the district that cover the period from 2013 to 2016 and of its results, making A contrast with support in perceptual surveys and statistical analysis.
