Abstract
This research seeks to develop the environmental responsibility experienced by the companies that emit GHGs to the atmosphere, as well as to explain how the State can intervene in such companies through imperative norms that link them to the construction of green areas for environmental guarantee and sustainable development. Greens in the soil mitigate the damages of the climatic climate, the bell that helps the adaptation and resilience of the same, pillars of contemporary environmental protection; On the other hand, industry is one of the major contributions to climate change and the deplorable conditions that today are a cause of appearance it seems imperative that companies contribute in the same proportion to the mitigation, adaptation and resilience of climate-change.
