Abstract

This document makes a compendium of normative analysis to address the background of the Prior Consultation as a fundamental right of the ethnic communities, the foregoing taking as reference some pronouncements of the State Council, which generally in the seat of guardianship, contentious or consultation has had timid pronouncements based on purely formal and sometimes unguaranteed criteria of said right.
