Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the "new" freedoms of individuals that materialize in the choice of conditions in which they want to live and to satisfy a better way of satisfying their basic needs. Therefore, it is necessary to rethink the concept of sober and frontier understanding that the governance that is developed by states in which states have to keep in line with the current reality of an interconnected world, with global processes, which generate a new range of freedoms and guarantees in the head of the migrant. For practical purposes, the study has as geographic parameter the Colombian territory and as a circumstantial limit the demographic movements of Venezuelans in the space already mentioned above.
