Abstract

In the present progress of the research proposal, the authors carried out a conceptual analysis of the arguments of conscientious objection with regard to the service military obligatory (SMO) in Colombia in the case of clerics, religious in times of war and of believers, lay people and people not related to military actions at all times. So were asked in relation to domestic legislation, as well as to treaties, conventions and declarations of international bodies, based on its obligation to the fulfillment of constitutionality block.
