Preterintention: A newspaper from yesterday

Abstract

The Colombian legal system recognizes three modes of conduct: dolo, guilt and preterintention, in which the latter is composed of the first two figures which in turn are distinct and mutually exclusive. This puts into question the autonomy of preterintention and creates the need for its study and comparison with other figures and theories proposed in the law, adding also the subsistence of an institution for only two criminal types of our legal system, which comply With the basic elements of another institution as the crimes aggravated by the result.
