Abstract

Colombian post-conflict requires the participation of all sectors of society, as it is impossible for the Government to cover all the aspects required to guarantee the end of the armed conflict and achieve lasting peace. In this regard, it is important to emphasize the importance of making non-state actors visible and to reiterate the need for constructive dialogues that can lead to change, where human rights are the main focus on the State's obligation to protect, and Respect in due diligence in their activities. The business sector is called to contribute to the achievement of peace, taking into account the unbeatable possibilities of development for the country that this entails, in a nation that has seen its investment in progress contingent on the financing of the armed conflict. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a viable way of doing so, through which this qualitative research analyzes what the priorities of its CSR, as peace builders, should be in the framework of post-conflict.
