Abstract

Colombia is a country that has spared no effort to achieve peace, with more than eight agreements signed they have tried to lower the level of hostilities in the territory. However, many of the efforts invested have remained in the negotiations, leaving aside the entire process of reincorporation that the disengaged have to experience when entering new contexts. This leads to the fact that they are not provided with the
necessary tools, such as education, to successfully complete their reintegration process. Hence, critical pedagogy is presented as an ideal strategy and guarantor of their continuity in higher education, thus strengthening their processes of reincorporation to civil life and their permanence in legality, during and after the post-conflict.
