Abstract

This research aims to contribute to the legal and environmental education of the communities of the department of Caldas for the protection and conservation of areas of special environmental interest specifically in the municipalities of Manzanares and Marulanda, for this, we use interdisciplinarity as a support to the environment legal due to socio-environmental conflicts require knowledge of other social sciences to be understood; specifically research is carried out taking into account the visions of the areas of law, biology and anthropology, with the purpose of this research to allow the consolidation and articulation of legal, environmental and social knowledge. In the methodological one the descriptive character is used, for this the bibliography collection and environmental awareness training is repeated. Educational intervention for these areas has been planned and to generate a change in environmental awareness at the time, find development possibilities that do not involve the destruction of areas of special ecological importance, in turn, find cooperative alterations, understanding and brotherhood to make environmental education a contribution to social education.
