Abstract

This issue of the Magazine is dedicated to discussing some current procedural problems, whether they are ordinary justice or Special Justice for Peace, all issues that have been the subject of reflection within our Master's Degree in Law, in its Line of Research in Criminal Procedural Law and, in the future, in the nascent Master's Degree in Criminal Law that now with an independent qualified record is born to project, even more, our beloved University in the social field.
