Abstract

On this occasion, the Journal contains five sections. The first, entitled Enforcement of the market abuse regime (insider trading and market manipulation): towards an integrative model of criminal and administrative law enforcement in the EU? co-authored by Michiel J. J. P. Luchtman and John A. E. Vervaele, professors at the University of Utrecht (The Netherlands), examines market manipulation and the application of an integrative model of criminal and administrative law enforcement in the European Union in these areas.
