Abstract

After a very long wait of eleven years, the Spanish translation of this work, which is based on the first German edition of 2003 by Editorial C. H. Beck of Munich, has just appeared at the beginning of last October (in hardcover and in a deluxe edition, although the quality of the paper is not the best; with the possibility of electronic access to the printed material). The Director responsible for it is Prof. Diego Manuel Luzón Peña, who is accompanied by a team made up of his disciples Paredes Castañón, Díaz y García Conlledo and De Vicente Remesal, and other people from his academic environment.
