Abstract

Having examined the validity of the issues raised by the author in his research, it is appropriate to indicate that this text is a valuable tool for lawyers, professionals, teachers and students of law, interested in a suitable exercise of their profession. Already from its introduction, and throughout its ten chapters, this publication gives rise to a very important reflection on the origin of conflicts and on the way to deal with them and, of course, to prevent them.
