Abstract

Born March 29, 1965 in Heidelberg, Germany. Studied at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg (Germany), in Oxford (Great Britain) and in München (Germany). He took the first state examination (1. Staatsexamen) in 1990 in München and the second state examination (2. Staatsexamen) in 1994 in Baden ürttemberg/ Provincial Court of Freiburg.
