Abstract

It is satisfying to present to the academic community the eleventh issue of the Journal in which, along its usual sections, various studies are included which -as was also the case in the last two issues- have been reviewed by peer reviewers, whose opinions help to strengthen the selection process. Moreover, as a result of this arduous task -initiated since issue number nine- aimed at achieving the indexing of the publication, on this occasion the readers, authors and the academic community in general are informed about the new e-mail account: cuadernos.der.penal@usa.edu.co and the Internet site: http://www.usergioarboleda.edu.co/cuadernosde-derecho-penal/index.htm of the journal, the latter allowing the interested reader to access the electronic version of all the issues. One more thing should be added: from now on, the citation system established by the American Psychological Association (APA) will be adopted, on the basis of which, without fail, all papers aspiring to be published here should be constructed.
