Abstract

German criminal science, after the apogee of functionalist currents during the last decades, is on the verge of a change of course brought about by political, economic and philosophical conditioning factors. A criminal law that can be described as the "law of integration", which will spread within the European Economic Community and in the other nations of the world, as the globalizing process continues its course, is opening the way. Based on the foregoing, the author attempts to outline the future bases of this criminal law.
