Abstract

The issue made available to scholars retains the same design as the previous one, although it is now accompanied by the already announced bibliography section. In fact, firstly, the doctrine section is devoted to two works: one, authored by Professor Ricardo Posada Maya, Director of the Criminal Area of the Universidad de los Andes, entitled "Criminal Law in the era of globalization vs. the criminal law of alternative globalization", which corresponds to the paper he presented at the III Congress of Criminal Law Students, held on October 16, 2008 at the University; the other, entitled "Transitional Justice: its content and meaning. A brief approach to the Colombian case", is the result of the work developed as members of the research group in International Criminal Law, attached to the "Research Group in Criminal and Criminological Sciences "Emiro Sandoval Huertas", by the graduated students Daniel Sandoval Amador, Andrea Nacira Matus Giraldo, Julio César
