Abstract

the author addresses the intercultural basis of criminal law.
Hence, from his previous research on the subject, he shows the central issue of the problem, likewise, shows the tension between the principles underlying criminal law and indicates that there should be a necessary agreement on
the protection of human rights. He also deals with the inviolable core of the rights and guarantees affected by the criminal justice system, to conclude, he explains which is, in his opinion, the ultimate foundation of all criminal justice systems.
